Thank you to Mason for being honest. He patched my flat tire and it was FREE! I cannot recommend Les Schwab enough especially the College Place location. I appreciate the honesty.
We are traveling on vacation in Walla Walla, WA and have an EV vehicle which got a flat tire while visiting Palouse Falls. We had to be towed back to Walla Walla and Les Schwab got us in and out in just a little over an hour and at no charge for the flat repair! Great staff! Great customer service! I would highly recommend this Les Schwab store. Thank you all for helping us out while on our vacation:) We appreciate you very much!
This is an easy review. I would say just go and visit any other dealership or tire shop then tell me how Les Schwab isn't the number one experience when it comes to service and truthfulness. I've been buying tires for over 35yrs and Les Schwab is so far above anyone else.
Rob and Regina pulled a set of wheels for my trailer out of thin air. Even after they got shorted on my order they made it happen for me. Great crew!!!!!
I've been coming here since i moved to walla in 2011. I Remember coming in and having to use grandpa's line of credit to build my own back then. As the years went by, these guys have never failed me! Great customer service, amazing technicians, the works! Today was no different! Went in to have my car checked because for the last year it was screeching whenever i would turned left. Idk what they did but they fixed it and I'm so happy! They had a peek and found nothing at first. I was able to make the car reproduce the sound and they had another look. I don't know what they did but the silence is better than any music! :) Thank you guys so much! I'm happy to take my business to ya'll and I'm gonna be here for many many more years!
