Christmas Eve redemption! Shaun took care of us on Christmas Eve after we had an issue with a dealership rotating our tires and not balancing them. We had this done before a long road trip and on our way out of town discovered the steering wheel shaking at freeway speeds. On our way to put thousands of miles on our fanily SUV with all our kids, the dealership told us to find someone else to fix it since they were closing soon or to go rent a car. Shaun stayed late to get the issue another place caused fixed for us! We couldn't be happier! Shaun put a chevrolet dealerships more expensive service to shame.

Worst place to take your car. It seems while their mechanic skills are low to medium, their knowledge of how long services take is somehow even lower. Not only did an expected 1.5-2hr job turn into over 3+ hours but an estimated 1hr job took 10 minutes. When he told me 45min to a hour for a tire rotation, I thought he had to look up how to do it first then try. Maybe as well as an auto center this is also a learning center and I’m being too harsh. Also don’t appreciate them making fun of customers very apparently through the shop window and laughing at them as they walk by. Maybe someone should teach them how windows work as well. Take your car literally anywhere else.

Honestly, I don't come into any auto place with great expectations of respect, but this was low. I made an appointment for 8 AM, one of the first slots, and I got there about 8:05. None of the bay doors were open, none of the mechanics were there, no one was ready. So I ended up waiting about 15 minutes to even pull my car in. I was here just for an oil change, and was told, not asked what oil I would be getting. Unsurprisingly, they were trying to sell me the most expensive of the oils, the entirely synthetic oil, which is not necessary for my car. I tried to refuse, but they were adamant and I needed my oil change. The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it. I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait" This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff. I backed out, parked, and went inside.
