I wanna leave a review for Brennan. He was friendly and very helpful. I had some issues with tire pressure and sensors. He got me in and explained everything so I understood. I also asked about a different issue and he gave me a quote and timeframe if I wanted to proceed. He was a very reasonable and lowest quote I was given. I wanna say thank you and give him a shout out for amazing job!

We took our car in to figure out a vibration in it. Everyone was great to work with and they figured out the tires needed to be rebalanced. It completely fixed the issue. And they found a nail in 1 tire and fixed it for free. Great work! Thanks!

Brought my jeep in for a dead battery. Very routine. Was told it was completed so I showed up 10 mins later. It wasn’t complete. After paying the $400 for a new battery and supposed install, I drove away and made a quick stop 10 minutes away. It died and won’t start because the install was NEVER completed. When I called in for help, one person said they’d come jump me. 40 minutes on hold and an hour sitting in a parking lot, nobody had shown up or answered the hold call… Hours of my day wasted, multiple Ubers, and hours of income gone because I’m sitting in a flippin parking lot with a dead vehicle. Absolute trash service and help. Unbelievable Better believe I’ll do my best to take this higher and definitely will not be taking my trucks back to Les Schwab

This place is great! I had a bolt stuck in the rear tire of my Z06 corvette. I tried Discount Tire first because they were closest to me but it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait. Luckily I have run flats so I threw some air in it and headed over to Les Schwab. I wish I knew the name of the woman that fixed it. She got me in quick, found the lug nut key in the car and had me out of there in just over an hour. Customer service is great and they had no problem with the manual transmission! Great waiting area too, much better than Discount.

Full disclosure - I hate buying tires! You drive them into the ground (literally) and then have to buy new ones. However, I was impressed with my Les Schwab experience. First, there was no high pressure sales. Truth be told I had found what I thought was the best tire for my truck on line. I told David what I was looking for in general terms and he suggested what I was fairly sure I wanted. I was prepared for an upgrade and add-on pitch to have me spend more but that didn’t happen. He suggested that they inspect other areas and all was well with brakes, alignment etc. so there was no inflation of price on my tires (pun intended).
