I needed a couple of tie rods checked and possibly replaced at the very last minute before heading out of town for the weekend. I called the Dickinson location and spoke with Gary, who was friendly from the start and willing to take my vehicle on short notice. He knew I needed it back the next morning and even stayed after hours to get the work done. He did an exceptional job and truly went above and beyond—and the total ended up being lower than two other shops I had gotten quotes from. My pickup drove like it was brand new the next day. I’ll definitely be returning for future tires and repairs.

I love that there are female mechanics here! We had a great experience as a walk in. It was a Saturday, my family and I were in town just to shop and my car started smoking. One of the few places open was Les Schwab, we made it there, no appointment so it was a wait, but they have complimentary coffee and popcorn while you sit and huge windows from the lobby to their shop so you can watch as well. They did take my car, they did give us their time, and the female mechanic did give us a diagnosis. Everyone we interacted with had great customer service skills as well.

Once again Les Schwab has saved the day. My car was running strangely after getting new tires mounted by a different shop. Not knowing anything about tires I immediately called Les Schwab and was told to bring it in without an appointment. Like Magick, the technician, Sam, identified the problem and was able to get me back on the road with almost no wait time. Not only that, they didn't charge me for the service. 11/10!

Literally passing through picking up a colt in New england nd...were from oregon.. truck had death wobble..they took us in and got us fixed.. even stayed late..I feel bad they stayed late. But they got us back on the road so we could try and beat the weather... each person we spoke to was so friendly. And great to work with. Definitely recommend. Thanks Gary and crew. You deserve more than 5 stars. Your hustle doesn't go un noticed.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment - I was quoted a time of 1.5 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotatation. I had my 6 yo with me so we walked over to the grocery store while we waited. We returned at the quoted time - I was not given any update. At the 2 hours mark I inquired how much longer I would have to wait. I was told they just drained the oil so 10 mins max and I’d be done. After waiting another 30 mins I was then told they did not have any oil (OW20) on hand and were waiting for it to be delivered. I waited just shy of 3 hours. I was given no information about my service. I was told “it would be comped” and sent on my way. This is my 3rd visit to the location. My first visit took over 2 hours for the same service. In my opinion I should have been compensated for an ad
