These guys are super professional and friendly. They did an amazing job! Yeah, you stay in the car. Their prices are competitive. I have a Silverado pickup.

They were great! I was having some issues with my family vehicle and pulled into Service Pro as they were the closest place. I thought it could be an issue with an oil or coolant leak and explained that I didnt think I need an oil change but asked if they would take a look. They were extremely helpful, checked it all out and discovered a loose hose underneath the engine cover that I couldn't have accessed myself. They fixed it and got me back on the road asap! I will definitely be back, they were courteous, extremely helpful and kind since I was slightly flustered and concerned about not making it back home.

Do yourself a favor; go to this shop for premier service/focus on customer. Driving from Alaska to Minnesota in my Sprinter van, I got a low oil engine light west of Dickenson. I accidentally added too much oil and now had an excessive oil warning (key concern w Sprinters). I choose to stop at this shop and explained I didn't need oil, I needed some drained. Aaron helped us w/o hesitation and no desire to be paid. Fine tuning the oil level took several cycles, but Aaron and staff supported us until it was right. I'd come to this shop from Minnesota... outstanding. Big believer in the process, attention to detail and commitment.

I planned on just getting air in my tires but the process was slick and organized I got oil change and tire rotation. They do need to get some fans. The workers must have been very hot since it was quite warm outside. Professional and pleasant experience.

Did a quick and awesome job. Everyone was so FRIENDLY!!!! It was really near watching the guys work and how they communicate with each other while working. Was done in 10 min!!!!!
