Les Schwab Tire Center

I brought my vehicle into the Les Schwab in Ephrata to have the brakes checked, and I had a great experience. They did a thorough inspection, and everyone there was friendly, professional, and helpful. In addition to checking the brakes, they also rotated my tires, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when a business goes the extra mile. Great customer service all around, I would definitely recommend them!

Ran a flat that clearly was on the tread ran in ten minutes before closing and they refused to patch it. Said it's in the side wall. But it's clearly not. Ephrata Les Schwab is a joke. They don't care about loyalty. They will thank you for your loyalty then refuse help. Nice on the phone tho

Again Les Schwab came through on a Saturday for us. Just drove from Cashmer to Soap Lake and noticed a new tire oscillation in the rear. Figured we lost a wheel weight. Ephrata was on the way so we stopped for a rotate and balance check. While waiting we went for breakfast. We returned and the truck was being worked on by a nice young man. I noticed the rotation on the second side happened without doing the spin balance. There is no way we had time to wait for that to happen at this point. So we thanked them and headed home with our new shaking now in the front of the truck. This is not the first time or the same location that Schwab has forgotten something while performing a service for us (Like forgetting to tighten lug nuts). This is why Les Schwab is not our first choice for tire servi
