Very helpful people. I needed a certain kind of sparkplug for a chainsaw. They were very helpful in finding the right one. The price at $3.47 with a 10% discount for me being "old" was fine. They had a variety of products and good choices. I was greeted by three employees as I walked in the door. The help was immediate. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I would go there again.

One of our cars batteries died. I travel for work and was on the phone with my better half and we diagnosed the issue and she jumped the car, opened up the compartment where the battery is ans then drove to the store to get a battery and have them change it out. The battery is located under the front passenger seat, but because she had it uncovered, would have only taken someone about 5 mins to change out. 4 bolts and a little know how and done deal. But because their computer said it was to difficult the people in the store said they couldn't do it. So I spent the next 30 mins walking her through it. If it hadn't been for the fact she already bought a battery from the store we would have had autozone take care of it. I have 5 vehicles. One being a Jeep that is my toy and I am always doing

Smart ass employee caused me to snap i will not go there again

I went in looking for oil and a filter to change my old oil and filter. I have the exact oil and filter saved in my notes. Keep in mind, I’m an 18 year old girl who probably looks like she doesn’t know anything. At least that’s what it felt like with one of these employees. I didn’t catch his name but he kept asking me questions and questioning my judgement on which oil and filter I should be getting, looking over to his other employees like “I guess that could work”. He asked me what car I had, what year it was, and multiple times if I got all of the “right” things. This made me feel embarrassed because he made it seem like I had no idea what I was doing and that made me nervous, even though I’ve done this multiple times by myself.
