Les Schwab Tire Center

I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 15 years now and there’s a good reason why. The customer service is elite - they always manage to hire the nicest people. I drove to the Farmington Les Schwab from Santa Fe and it was worth the drive. The service was fast and amazing. You cannot beat lifetime warranty’s on car work done here. Highly recommend 10/10

Took a vehicle here for an alignment because I put a new suspension in. Gave the vehicle to them and came back a few hours later. Drove the vehicle around and noticed grease on the inside of my rim. I took a look at it and the CV Axle had a very clean razor blade cut in it. I called over there and spoke to a person name John. He was very rude and was defensive that they did not do it. He said they would look at it so I took the vehicle back down there and was able to go in the garage bay to speak to them about getting a refund atleast. The so call manager John insisted that they can not do a refund and file a incident report online and had a smirk on his face and was not willing to help. Very poor customer service which costed me to buy a new CV Axle. Even the people at the autoparts store

Truly wish I could’ve said something positive. Front desk person Carlos was very rude and was imperative. Had to load in my own tire, which proved difficult having to hold open a door at the same time. Overall ruined my day; expected more from a place with such high ratings.

These guys do an incredible job and take care of the customer regardless of the situation. Highly recommend anybody needing work done on their vehicles to do it here at Les Schwab.
