Les Schwab Tire Center

Doug and Andrew took fantastic care of me. I had a nail in a brand new tire, not even from Les Schwab. I went in about 40 minutes after they opened. Doug ran out and greeted me right away, and Andrew created my work order. Both of them listened patiently and greeted me in a friendly manner with a sense of urgency, unlike some places that try to avoid their customers. Doug took care of my issue, checked the rest of my tires and had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Thank you both for such amazing service!

DO NOT go to this location if you care about your wheels and or your car. I came into the location here for a simple leak in the tire, as I have a warranty through them given the fact I have bought several tires through Les Schwab. Unfortunately though, my visit came out AWFUL. My wheel they did the repair on came out damaged as you see in the pictures provided. Which okay small dings? No. These wheels are Gram Light Transcend 57's with custom Powder Coating. They are valued over 1,000$ a wheel. I wish this location was capable of caring about other peoples belongings. When I brought the vehicle back within 20 minutes of the repair because they over inflated the tire is how I noticed the damage, the "Manager" said they had nothing to do with this damage and refused to even consider the ide

I have long been a fan of Les Schwab Tires Center, and today I finally had the opportunity to stop by. I needed new tires for my SUV and an alignment check. The front desk staff, Briana, and Dan, the Tires and Alignment Expert, were both very helpful. The standard cost for the alignment would have been $150 plus tax. This tire center boasts a well-appointed waiting area with chairs, tables, bar stools, and complimentary coffee and popcorn. My experience has been very positive so far. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and scenic view. I intend to return to Les Schwab Tires Center and have already recommended it to my family. Between Andrew the Manager and Doug their customer service is Stellar. I definitely recommend them to my Friends and my Family . My Mazda handles really well.

My car was in the bay for damn near 3 hours and I only needed to replace one stud on the tire. I was given an estimated time of 90 minutes, but no one came to just even check in. I hope there can be a better system for folks who drop in when days are busy.
