This place is simply amazing. I came in with a tire that had two punctures, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Most importantly, I didn’t pay a single dollar for the service. That’s truly a top-level customer experience. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely come back again in the future.
Highly recommend this shop! My tire had a nail in it, so I made an appointment to see whether it could be patched. It turned out that the technician repaired the tire for free and even checked several other items for me. I was both surprised and moved — not only did they provide such professional service, but they also showed genuine care for their customers. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond like this. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family!
Excellent service! Stopped by impromptu with my 31 foot class C RV and asked if they could check my tires and inspect and top off with air. They got me right in and checked everything out. Amazing customer service super impressed with our local folsom Les Schwab. Thanks so much.
This is my second visit to les schwab, first was for a tire repair and that technician was so professional and friendly and was able to patch my tire, then about a week later my brakes went bad and I chose to come back to this location for service because of their friendliness and fairness with how they treat you and your vehicle, they make you feel welcome and are extremely knowledgeable on what you do and dont really need. My tech fixing my brakes today is Danny B, he thoughtfully explained what was occurring with my brakes and how we were going to handle fixing them and he made me feel like hes is a subject matter expert! I will return soon for my tires next. Thank you
Great customer service at the Folsom location. Christine at the front desk provided one of the best customer service experience I have encountered. Went there for a flat tire and they were very professional and fast. Strongly recommend this place for your car needs.
