Les Schwab Tire Center

I have been a customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years. I have always recommended them because they had such good customer service. However, in December I had new tires put on my Tundra prior to a road trip. While on the road trip, I had to have the truck towed to the nearest town ($500) because the tires were rubbing against the rocker arm to the extent it did not feel safe. I called Les Schwab the next day after the mechanic cleared it for driving on highways only (no off-road). Once I returned home, they admitted to putting too wide of tires on the truck and stated they had nothing to replace them with similar in size/tread. I was at the post office in Kalispell when I discovered a tire so flat I couldn’t even drive it to Les Schwab without wrecking my rim. I called Les Schwab and they came and rescued me with their service truck. They put air in my tire in “no time flat,” and I drove my truck to Les Schwab where they fixed the hole in my tire. They offer service beyond measure.

I was treated very fairly by this shop when my car had a problem with a part they had previously installed. I appreciated the kindness of all staff members I dealt with and appreciate the effort they put in to making the repair right. I have recommended this location to all my friends because of the great service and attitude that can be found here.

I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer since 2007. My first experience with them did not start in my home town, but in the state of Washington south of the tri-cities. I had a catastrophic blowout on my 5th wheel trailer and had no spare. I called multiple tire dealers and received no help. I finally called Les Schwab and they rescued me. Upon returning home I began to use the local store exclusively. I have never been disappointed with the service I've received. They have a lifetime customer in me.

This place is amazing! Todd & Vaughn took care of me. Went to Tire Rama at first and they wanted to charge me for 2 brand new tires not even asking if I needed a tire repair. Will definitely be back if I need more help. Would 100% recommend coming here. Big lounge for seating, and welcoming staff.
