Les Schwab Tire Center

The customer service was great as usual. I love how I'm treated when I come in to get my vehicle serviced. Being a black women in Colorado can come with a lot of unnecessary hate... 🙄, but at Les Schwab I'm treated like a human. Thank you! I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here. Also, the store was spotless. It was soooo clean in there. The gentleman that helped me needs to be cloned. We need more people like that in Colorado. He even looked at my rear lights to see if it was something they could fixed. He checked my tires. He was very knowledgeable. Also, they have really good warranties on their parts. I'll be back to get some tires.

Sold us defective tires and wouldn't replace. I bought 4 new 80,000 mile tires and did an alignment earlier in the year. Within the first month, we had to patch 2 of the tires. (front and back). Now at 25,000 miles on the tires and we've had to do two patches in the front patches and 2 patches in the back. The tread is completely gone on the front two tires and going a lot faster than previous tires on the back two. (See photos) I brought it in and Les Schwab blamed it on not rotating, but even if the tires were rotated, that wouldn't explain them already being at the end of their life. Will not be using Les Schwab again, since the company was bought by private equity, the quality of their product/services has gone

Absolutely fabulous service! I called last minutes to get my snow tires on and Miles fit me in. Miles, Jon and all the guys and gal that stayed late were amazing! I was so thankful they got me squeezed in before a big storm was coming in. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, they went out of their way to help me and even stayed an hour late. They need a raise!!! Thank you so so much! This is my third great experience with this Les Schwab and I know it won’t be my last. Thanks again guys!!!

They ended up giving me a free alignment once I had fixed my car. I took my car in at 1 on a Friday for my appointment. I dropped it off and it was barely more than an hour before my alignment was done. Once I picked it up I drove it for 30 to 40 minutes to see the difference. My alignment hadn't gone perfectly according to the technician and my car was still pulling a little from 1 side. He said I should swap my tires around and then look at the breaks if that didn't fix it. I swapped the tires around that Friday, and it didn't fix the issue (whatever). On Saturday I take the tire off on that the right side to look at the break. The first thing I notice, however, is that my upper control arm is very ajar. It had slid all the way to one end (and destroyed the bushing on one end) because

I was told by my dealer that I needed a new tire, so I ordered one through Les Schwab. When I went in to get it installed, instead of just replacing my tire, they evaluated my tire and determined that a patch would be sufficient. Oscar, took me out to my car, explained where the hole was, showed me the patch, etc. I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received by all of the employees with whom I interacted, especially Oscar. He graciously returned the tire I had ordered and seemed genuinely happy that he was able to save me money. Next time we need a new set of tires, we'll definitely be back to this location. The popcorn and coffee machine in the waiting room were nice touches too. Well done Oscar and Les Schwab!
