Les Schwab Tire Center

I can’t believe I’m leaving a public negative review. I have 25 trucks and trailers in my fleet and we get all our tires here. I had 2 negative experiences that I detailed on a Les Schwab email “how are we doing.” This made the store manager mad and 3 months later after I largely forgot about it, I have now been BANNED. Tried to appeal to the area manager and he was actually worse telling me they didn’t want my business if I was going to be negative. It’s been one of the strangest business experiences of my life. Best tire buying experience I’ve ever had. Keegan was amazing! So professional and helpful. He managed to get the tires I needed from another facility same day plus got them installed that day as well as I was just visiting Utah for one day.

I was having a terrible day and came here with a check tire pressure light after hitting a massive pothole. My technician was Tyler, he was extremely helpful and nice. The way my interaction with him went made my day brighter, he’s a hard worker, honest and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service and support. I cannot speak highly enough of Tyler and I will be coming back to this Les Schwab if I ever have the need for anything tire related or any of their services simply because of how good they treat you here.

Always make an appointment. They are very efficient. Don't waste your time. I take my vehicle for free checkup before long trips. And they are very straightforward and gives your a good overall idea. Don't try to rip you off with unwanted repairs. Prices are very reasonable too. It's my go to place!

It was wonderful! Amazing customer service my parents have been coming here for years. They fixed my front left tire with a slow leak free of charge.
