I'm compelled to share ( MY ) experience after visiting Les Schwab service center, in Marshall, MN. The front of my Ford Edge was producing a **LOUD** humming noise. Despite their initial efforts, including tire rotation and alignment, the issue persisted. Upon further discussion, I was informed that the tires needed to be worn down, because; they were cupping, which seemed unconvincing. Additional repairs were recommended and completed, including replacing tie rods at a cost of over $700. The tie rods were probably just fine, and potentially purchasing new tires yesterday for an additional $400, that would make the humming sound go away, so, they said! That I fell for! Had to get off the highway while traveling to my sisters wedding for a flat tire, the gentleman, Zeke went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was safe to hit the road again. He recommended I needed to replace my rear tires soon, gave me an awesome quote for them, deal was too good to pass up, left with a free flat repair and a great price on two new tires. First time at a Les Schwab and I have to say, very pleased with the service. I’d highly recommend this place!

These guys saved us in the middle of a 700 mile trip by doing a FREE flat repair in less than an hour, getting us back on the road. My guy Julio (I think. Sorry if I got your name wrong) was super awesome and helpful.

Had a quote for repair work and just to see if the quote was good. I took the estimate they gave me for parts and they quoted me a price on the parts and there was a big mark up.

400 dollars for a 30 dollar part. I'm almost impressed at the highway robbery
