Les Schwab Tire Center

My wife went out to go shopping and the front driver's side tire was half deflated. I drove to the local Les Schwab and asked them to look at it. There were 2 ahead of me. I told them that I could wait, expecting to be there for a couple of hours as it was just before lunch. They had it in about 50 minutes later. The tire had a nail in it. They repair it and aired up all of the other ones including the spare which is stored underneath the back of the vehicle and difficult to access. The spare had no air in it. Thank goodness they checked it. Since we purchased our tires from them, they handed me my keys and said, ""You're good to go!" No charge! Of course we're going to get the next set of tires from them!!! Unsurpassed service! Friendly, courteous, and thorough!!! Great job guys!!!👍

What amazing service! I had gotten a puncture from a nail in my tire and brought it to another tire shop. The other shop told me that the nail in my tire created a hole that was not patch-able and that I would need to replace it. This other shop didn’t have the tire I needed so I decided to go to Les Schwab. The gentleman who was helping me out here eventually looked at my tire, and said that they would actually be able to patch it up! I waited for only about twenty minutes and when I went up to pay he told me that I didn’t owe them anything! I appreciate them for being honest and checking my tire when I would have never suspected a thing if they just gave me a new one and sent me on my way. Les Schwab is an amazing company, but this location specifically, shines above the rest. I don’t live near this store and I travel outside the valley to come here. The techs here are skilled and knowledgeable. They get you in and out fast, with all the charm that Les Schwab is renowned for.

Amazing service. We went in 15 minutes before they closed because we had a flat tire. The guy helping us was extremely friendly and happy to help even though we came in right before they closed. We were out of there within 10 minutes and they did not charge us. They even filled up the other tires. I’m impressed.

I stopped by here for a brake service after the dealership quoted a ridiculous amount. From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed by Dustin and team who were very kind. They inspected my car and informed me of the things that were only necessary to replace. I very much appreciated that. During the front rotor replacement, an error was made and I had brought it up to Dustin. They took ownership of the error and immediately worked with me to get it corrected. For me, it's how somebody responds to a situation versus what happened itself. I was very impressed on how the team worked to remedy the issue and was very understanding and accommodating. I just recently moved here and will be visiting them again for relevant services.
