Stopped by Les Schwab last minute after finding a nail in our tire, and they fixed it right away at no charge! Super friendly team, quick service, and we were back on the road in no time. Really appreciate their honesty and great customer care!

The tires I got from Les Schwab wore out after only 28,000 miles even though they were warranty for 40,000 miles. I asked to get a credit when I bought new tires. They sent me a quote that indicated a 31% credit. But when I tried to Get the new tires, the assistant manager in the NAPA store said no, because I hadn’t balanced tires every 5000 miles I was negligent and the warranty would not be honored. Nowhere in the paperwork does it say that the tire mileage warranty is predicated on balancing the tires every 5000 miles. That’s a good thing to do, but you’re not always able to do it and if the assistant manager used that as a way to refuse to honor the mileage warranty. I think that is wrong.

As usual the people were very very helpful and kind. They checked my tire pressure for free, and even gave me a new valve stem cap.

Hi dear friends so pay attention to this location they are so stupid workers because my car tire is flat so she told me is taking 3 hours. After 3 hours I come back so she told me again . They are working on that is taking 50 minutes. After 50 minutes they are Sid can you give me 30 minutes more. In the need I missed her picture 🥺

Wow! This place is amazing! I had a flat repaired 1 week ago down in LA by some random roadside repair company, it cost me $180. 7 days later, the repair failed and I had another flat. I brought my car in to Les Schwab today. They fixed my tire and didn't even charge me! You guys are incredible and completely made my day. I will definitely be back for all future auto service. Big shout out to Maria and Felix for their help.
