Les Schwab Tire Center

To be honest, I was not happy with Les Schwab tire initially, due to a complication and service provided by another location. However, I gave them a benefit of the doubt and visited the parker location. They blew me away with their amazing service, expertise, and patience. Due to my bad experience, I shared with the representative that I've been trying to resolve an issue with my car for weeks with no solution. Dallas, one of their technicians took the time to hear my issues and solved it within 30 minutes when I had gone to four other places prior and they couldn't figure it out. This location has won my business!

Took my son’s car in for a flat repair. Unfortunately the damage was in the sidewall and couldn’t be repaired. We had to buy a new set of tires, which wasn’t in the plan or budget. The manager Craig Morrow was really understanding, took time to listen to our situation and needs and helped us pick a set of tires that worked best for our situation. Although I spent much more than a flat repair, I feel comfortable sending my son off to school. Tires are the actual rubber that meets the road and super important. Thanks Craig!

Recently, I had my Subaru serviced at this location. I generally know what to expect from a typical Les Schwab experience — friendly, professional, and straightforward. But there’s something about customer service that’s hard to get right: authenticity. Someone can be nice without ever feeling truly sincere. That’s not the case here. Both times Dallas has serviced my car, he has been excellent. Consistency is hard to come by, and consistency with sincerity in a customer service role is even harder. Dallas has it. During my most recent visit, my car had struts, an alignment, a control arm, and a tie rod serviced. About 15 miles after leaving — radio blasting, of course — I noticed a screeching noise coming from the front right tire. I immediately called the Parker location, very close to

You know, I don’t typically write reviews, but Les Schwab has lost another customer. The warranty they brag about, which always gets curtailed and worked around in order to press the customer (who is at their will) to make a purchase has become sickening. If I get my tires balanced, rotated, repaired and my alignments done with a company that has a warranty, yet at every turn they tell me any tread depth, sidewall blowout, uneven wear and tear isn’t covered, what’s the point!? This location used to be decent, it has slipped significantly in the last few years. Conversations with staff go towards what they found, how much it’ll cost you and how much longer it’ll take. Then, when you ask about the warranty and if anything’s covered, it’s a “oh, I’ll look into that and give you a call back.”

Les Schwab has always been our go to for our fleet. Excellent customer service. Excellent understanding of how to diagnose and fix a problem. This is the company that taught me how to properly maintain our vehicles. They in essence have kept us on the road. Another powerful statement I'd like to make is that they are similar to McDonald's.... the service you receive on the east side of town will be exactly the same at each and every one of their locations. Fabulous!
