Les Schwab Tire Center

My granddaughters wheel was making a noise so qe took it here. We got immediate service. The man said he would check it out, but would take an hour or so. We opted to go have lunch while waiting. Upon our return, he showed us what the problems were. We agreed the fix needed to be done: brakes and tires. It was a little more extensive after they got it apart, but either way, the repairs had to be done. He told us it would take the rest of the day to do the repairs and he would call when it was done. We were able to pay for the work over the phone so we didn't have to drive 40 minutes back to town. The car has been driving good since the repair. I appreciate their prompt and courteous service.

Had a slow leak in a tire, billing showed complimentary tire repair. Got home and checked all the tires and could not find any sign of the repair. Took it back after I found a nail sticking inside of it half an inch. They quickly fixed it. All the beads have been losing air periodically. Hopefully putting the new snow tires on ends that problem. I cleaned the beads myself this time.

Best group of folks yet!! Truly the old school way of treating people. Mr. Schwab would be very proud of this stores way of treating customers. Unlike newport owner who treats his customers lile dirt.

We messed up our DIY installation of a trailer tire and Les Schwab of Philomath got us in right away (mid road trip) repaired our bolt, and mounted our spare on. No charge, quick service, lovely people. Clean bathrooms, fresh popcorn, AC. The kids had a lovely experience while us adults kicked ourselves for our silly mistake. I do recommend this business for their quality service!

First time visiting a Les Schwab and did so here in Philomath. Great service, helpful information. Waiting area could use some comfortable chairs compared to what they have and a replacement window sticker with next expected mileage/appointment time frame would have been nice but, no complaints just recommendations. I will return for future service.
