Les Schwab Tire Center

Customer service has taken a toll over the years. This was the go to spot for anything needed since i need tires taken care of for long commutes. On the last tire change I had (march 2025) studs were removed and all season tires were put on. However Angel explained hubcaps were not put back on due to wring lugnuts.. he further explained they will order the correct lugnuts to put hubcap back on and said they'd call me.. no calls.. its been 4 months of waiting I finally decided to show up in person and ask about this.. I was told "we still need to order 15 lugnuts" I left my phone number.. got called back the next day and again no word.. so I went in person and they happen to have the lugnuts I was being sent to various techs but no one really took initiative or accountability.. there should

Blew a tire on my way to work, and these guys came to my rescue! Came and swapped to my spare for me on the side of a busy highway, and then got my tire repaired and got me back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Vacation Saver. THANK YOU FABIAN. Had a slow leak as we were making our final stretch to the Gorge for the Labor Dave weekend. Fabian found a 6 inch nail and repaired it at no cost. GREAT TO WORK WITH. Saved the trip.

Horrible service would not recommend at all 200$ dollars if anyone is looking to just get theirs tires replaced with different tires it has to be a Les Schwab tire product in order for it to be cheaper even then it’s 125$ to change them out if they are from there ridiculous pricing no wonder everybody looks for alternatives again would not recommend and also the staff sucks they don’t know nothing when asking about pricing they took forever to give me these details…

Hate to give a negative review but unfortunately, customer service this time was non-existent. Blew a trailer tire just outside Quincy about 5:45pm Wednesday 8/23, had my wife following me so quickly headed back to Les Schwab for assistance. Arrived at 6:03pm, yes I understand you close at 6 but the employee there pretty much ignored me, I asked for help or if he knew any assistance I could find in Quincy and the young man simply walked by to his car and said "sorry we're closed". I returned to the RV & boat where my wife had stayed and she told me a Les Schwab truck drove by her as she was standing on the shoulder of the highway and didn't slow down or even ask if she needed help, really? When she saw the truck coming she thought I had had success and they were coming to help us, not so m
