I walked in the door and only person there was on the phone. Hung up the phone and went to the back without even acknowledging me. So I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Employees fighting and cussing each other out while customers are in the store. Terribly unprofessional. Leaving to shop elsewhere.

Went in for air filter, cabin air filter, and wiper blades. The assistant manager took my order, got home and the receipt clearly said Bosch 22A wiper blades but she pulled and gave me 20A which are wrong. Got back home put the blades on, went to change the cabin air filter and again, wrong one. Three trips for something this simple is ridiculous, the computer tells you exactly what to pull off the shelf. A simple “sorry about that” would have been sufficient but even that was too hard for them. Never again, spend the extra dollar or two and go across the street to NAPA.

Our check engine light came on, traveling on I-90. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly as they helped us diagnose and find the right part. Jonathan specifically was very helpful! Highly recommend.
