If we could give 10 stars we would! We woke up to a flat tire at our hotel in ritzville . We made a call to Les Schwab and before we could even get back out to our truck they had already arrived and had put air in the tire so we could make it to their shop. Within minutes they had the tire repaired and back on the truck ready to send us on our way. The icing on the cake was we took out our card to pay and we were told “ This one’s on us!” Who does that these days! Mitch and Devon went above and beyond to place value on us as customers and gave out standing service! Ritzville may be a small town but they have people with Big hearts and truly care about their customers! Thank you for everything!! Les Schwab for life!!!!! Jack and Shana B

It was around 5:15pm and these two guys came out right away and checked my tires for air pressure. The one guy went the extra mile and used a psi meter and let me know one of my tires needed a new psi gauge. Great customer service

Went past store hours to come jump my car when the battery died and gave valuable feedback and advice to care for the car afterwards. The person who came to help was very friendly and helpful and I believe his name was Alexis.

Excellent and fast service by Gunnar and the team at Les Schwab! We blew a tire on a fully loaded horse trailer and got to the Ritzville shop, and realized all the tires were pretty old and needing replaced. The team swapped all four tires and the spare and had us back on the road within an hour. Thanks again!
