Had a flat in Roseburg , couldn’t get off lug nuts. Called on my way to important Dr. appointment in Eugene. They got my flat off spare tire on headed to Les Schwab for new tire and mounted new tire in 15 min. This Les Schwab- Always doing what’s right!

Came in because I knew I had a air leak in my tire, the guys got me right into the bay. Didn't even take 10 minutes, they fixed my tire, found a nail, and sent me home a happy man. Didn't cost me anything, and a huge relief that I didnt have to buy a new tire.

I was impressed by the efficiency of the Les Schwab crew. Justice the font desk personnel answered all my questions and provided me with a detailed explanation of my quote. Justice provided me with excellent customer service and professionalism. The crew who did the work were very thorough and Matthew made some suggestions which were helpful. I also was very satisfied with the tire selection. During my second visit to have my alignment and ball joints replaced, I was very pleased with the efficiency of the mechanics. I absolutely appreciated that Les Schwab did a fantastic job assessing my vehicle for my safety on the road. They're a little bit on the expensive side for me but they are fast friendly and clean. Will definitely be visiting again soon for my alignment.

Bought my battery at Les Schwab and the Corvallis location came out to Jumpstart me! Roseburg location tested the battery and replaced it for me! Very helpful staff
