My van broke down and after getting towed here the expert team was able to swiftly get everything fixed in under 24 hours so I could get back on the road. Absolutely incredible service and professionalism from the team including Reese and the other mechanics. Really made the difference in my trip. I wish all auto repairs were as excellent as my experience was here.

They're Back.... for a while, Les Schwab management lost sight of what the brand meant for customers. The crews no longer "came running" to assist you, they were over worked, under trained and really didn't care if you were there for a reason. We were treated like another number to improve the bottom line, but it was less improved, instead of "Les" improved. I shopped around, bought elsewhere and figured they would never be the same ol' reliable Schwabs they once were. I think something has shifted at least in the few stores we do business with. I came back because of how we were treated last spring at the Bend OR Schwabs and again at the Yakima and lower Yakima Valley Schwabs. Theve made a huge turn in improvement and i appreciate the re-found care for the customer.

Been doing business with Schwab for decades and the Selah branch has done great in keeping my business. Quick service and very helpful. Even gave me a courtesy ride a couple of times while they worked on my vehicles.

On Saturday January 3,2026 I pulled up to my granddaughter’s apartment and turned my car off. When I tried to start the car - nothing. Battery was dead. I’m from Wenatchee so I called Les Schwab in Selah and requested a jump start. When Jose got there he opened the hood and went to hook up and my battery post was completely loose. He jumped my car and the got it started. He informed me 2 of my tires were backwards for the traction tread. He told follow him to the garage and he would fix me up. After all this he had me on the road in 30 minutes and no charge!! Thank you Jose! Excellent service!

July 2024 Les Schwab recommended the Continental tires ($1,600) for my Audi S5 because I could not just replace one tire on this 4-wheel drive car. I have now had three flat tires. And sure, they patch for free. However, it is an inconvenience. Poor quality tire. Do not buy. I will not be buying Les Schwab tires in the future.
