Definitely the nicest store in the area! While some of the staff may lack experience, a worker named Joseph went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—I’ll definitely be coming back

They had parts on shelf and very positive experience. Veteran discount cut the price of taxes. The gentleman working was very helpful and professional.

I came in to get help with my headlights as one was out, and was helped by Ricardo Macias who not only got the product from the shelf for me but let me know they had different price ranges that best fit with my needs, he also installed the headlights for me. This is the best auto part store in town and I always get the best customer service. Bonus points for Ricardo smelling good and looking great/professional he had a tie on !

Called. Employee didn't know what 1/0 wire is. And before (different employee), I walked in with a bearing in my hand and asked the employee if they had bearings. She said "no", then proceed to type in the bearing p/n and pulled up a $60 carriee bearing that very clearly was not the dime-sized bearing in my hand. I couldn't any of this up, I must be spoiled by the stores on the west side of the state where I'm from.

Thank you O'Reilly for me being without a vehicle for 2 months you guys sold me the wrong spark plugs and coil packs for my truck. I had to save up money to get my truck into a shop.. Problem was you guys sold me.the wrong spark plugs and coil packs for my truck. Should hire ppl that know what they are doing.. It cost me $1100 for the shop to do a diagnosis, and compression check and put in the right spark plugs and coil packs. Which should of been correct the first time I bought some from O'Reilly. Never again will I shop O'Reilly. Thankfully I got my money back from yall that is why u got a one star rating
