Totally love Les Schwab. These guys rotated my tires replace my sensors and got me back on the road fast. Discount tire so that I needed to replace my sensors but I did not believe them because they are not honest. But when Les Schwab told me I needed on my believe them. Do not have the words to say how happy I am with these people Went in morning of 08OCT25, one tire wasn't holding air No obvious deficiencies Mr. Ron took care of me. Went in and immediately had tire inspected 45 minutes later Mr. Jesse requested signature, issue was a screw imbedded into tire Zero charge Tire holds air, all is well Can't say Firestone would have done the same, from previous experiences with them Getting new winter tires soon, will be going to this shop Superb service, wonderful people, a gem to have in Sheridan Thank you everyone that works there!

I’ve been going here for a while now and I’ve had both good and bad customer service here. Sometimes it goes well while others times I’ve waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. They weren’t busy either… Also they have told me I had oil leaks on my vehicle and that it needed to get fixed urgently. With that they also said they need to replace other parts that were perfectly fine but it’s part of their repair process. That alone tells me they don’t have interest in taking care of their customers. Just to please anyone who reads this I took it to a trusted vehicle mechanic and got told the “leak” I had is perfectly normal and not to be worried about. I just need to check oil levels every 5000 miles to make sure they’re maintaining a healthy minimum. Also the replacement parts were around

I found out Les Schwab offers free balance and rotation no matter who/where you bought your tires from. Great service!
