Les Schwab Tire Center

Bought tires on an account. Went into pay off the account today. The front desk guy gave me a total. That I paid. Then a lady came over and said "we changed systems and you owe another $10.28." I was shocked. Shouldn't the total they gave me and I had paid off. Close the account? When I asked about this the lady was rude stating "well you don't have to pay it." Never been treated this way at Les Schwab but I will definitely go elsewhere from now on.

We took our car to Les Schwab (Spokane Valley – 15915 E Sprague) on Friday, January 9, 2026 for new tires. The brakes were fine when we dropped it off—no warning lights, no issues. When we picked it up and drove home, the brakes did not work properly, which was scary and unsafe. We brought the car back the next morning and were told a brake fluid line had “ruptured,” and we were charged for the repair. What’s also frustrating is the conflicting communication: we were told they “do not look at brakes,” but they also told our son the car needed new brakes. Either way, the vehicle should never have been released in an unsafe condition right after service. We’re very disappointed in how this was handled and we’re seeking reimbursement and accountability.

Maybe I got lucky, but I was in and out on a nail being removed and patched on my tire within 30 minutes. Les Schwab offering that complimentary means I will always give them my tire business in the future. This location had great, pleasant staff and a clean facility.

Jacob at the Spokane Valley location was great. Made a great recommendation for a set of tires for my Jeep based on my needs and my wait time was minimal. Very happy with the tires I purchased.

Customer service was great, and tires were installed very quickly. Tire balance is spot-on. Tech checked brakes and assured me they were fine instead of trying to upsell me, which gave me peace of mind, and informed me of another repair I needed without pushing for it to be done right now. Very satisfied.
