Bought a set of winter tires here less than 60 days ago and later learned that winter tires cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless you buy another full set. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, which made the experience frustrating. Staff were polite but not particularly helpful or friendly, making it difficult to navigate the situation. Customers should be clearly warned before paying, not after.

When I moved to Spokane my coworker recommended Les Schwab because he believes in supporting local businesses and so do I. I bought my tires there and I still go whenever I need a rotation, they even replaced the valve stem when my tire pressure light kept coming on. Alignment price is better than the dealership. Even when I had a wheel fly off my car (on a long distance roadtrip) they agreed to cover most of my repairs to show good faith for being a long time customer. I will always go to the downtown shop because they really treat a person right.

Figured I would get an alignment at the downtown Schwab before a 2k mile road trip (Aug, ‘25). Less than 90 days later I feel the car pulling to the right. I use a different shop and the alignment is completely out. Maybe use someone other than Schwab for your alignment work.

I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown Spokane Les Schwab! I came in after my tire pressure light came on, just planning to have my tires checked. Not only did they address my tire pressure, but they also noticed a bulge in one of my tires and advised me to have it evaluated. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and they even managed to get me in for same-day service. The tire I needed wasn’t in stock at their location, but they went above and beyond by shuttling one in from another store within just a few hours. To top it off, the replacement was completely covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires through Les Schwab. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. This place truly h
