Took my truck into Neil & Joes for a couple different things, had a screw removed from my tire and a cv axle replaced as well. I was deeply impressed both times by the work and service done on my truck! From the front office customer service side of things to the quality of work done you can tell these guys have the experience and know how to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Rick was my technician on one occasion and he certainly knows his stuff, very knowledgeable was able to answer any question I had throughly and quickly. I would trust Rick with any of my vehicles and will be recommending all family and friends to go to Neil & Joes and request his service! I took my 2007 dodge in, first I called they told me 35 a tire for a mount and balance reasonable right I thought so to, I also got a quote for an alignment 125 also im ok with that. I take the truck in and they do the mount and balance and then they call me and say they cannot align it due to bad tie rod " im a mechanic i know they was not bad" I told them to replace it anyway cause they would not do the alignment unless i did.. I go in to pay they inform me that they gouged my 450 dollar rim and said they could give me 50 dollar credit and at the end it cost 600 dollars.. they charged me 75 dollars per tire for a mount and balance due to having bigger rims SOLD ME PARTS I DID NOT NEED AND OVER CHARGED. IT HAS HAPPENED TO SO MANY PEOPLE THIS HAS TO STOP

I would 100% recommend Les Schwab in Saint Anthony to anyone. We were camping 40 minutes away from St Anthony in Island Park and had two bad tires and some stripped lug nuts. No one in this area had the ability to fix them or the right part. I called Les Schwab in Saint Anthony Idaho. The individual I spoke to at Les Schwab, CJ, even tried to save me some money by giving me some instruction on how to try to fix the stripped tire bolts myself to at least get me down to their shop. Even with the cost of sending someone up, I just felt better about having a professional come and take care of it.
