I called several mechanics in the area, but most couldn’t take me in because they already had too many cars waiting. Thankfully, I found Vans Auto, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They kindly moved up my service since I was traveling from out of town and even gave me a ride to Enterprise to rent a car while my Jeep was being repaired. In December of 2021 I dropped my 2008 F-150 off to have the engine be rebuilt. Michelle stopped responding to me and I got the run around for a full year. In February of 2023 I went to pick my truck up. It still had a check engine light on! I paid nearly $5,000 to have the work done (Shouldn't have paid). The truck has basically sat because it never ran right. I finally went to a trusted mechanic and after diagnosis it was found that Vans Automotive had installed the wrong camshaft sprocket and cams when they rebuilt the engine. Here I am Another several thousand dollars later. JR is great, but I did not have a good experience.

This is a great, traditional family business. Our brakes went out while we were on vacation. They diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed exactly what was broken for a great price and rotated my tires while they were at it. They noted other potential repairs for my older vehicle without trying to upsell anything. Just what we needed!
