Les Schwab Tire Center

So glad to finally see a Les Schwab in St. George! Stopped by for a routine tire rotation and everything was top teir. Awesome facility, friendly staff and prompt, professional service! I've always used Les Schwab in the past because of their first class customer service, and this new location delivered in spades. Much needed here in Washington County!

When I drove up to this business a pleasant man whose name was Walker came out to meet me and asked how he could help. I explained the challenging vibration issue I was having with my new vehicle tires and he took the time to explain some pertinent details. He then balanced and road forced the tires requiring dismounting 2 of the tires and rotating them on the rim. I paid the fair price he charged and after taking the vehicle for an extensive test ride the challenging tire vibration is 90% gone. Very pleased with the professionalism Walker and the rest of the staff showed me during my visit. P.S. I'm a long long time customer of Discount Tire but I'll be taking my future business here to Les Schwab. Thank you Walker.

This is the newest tire shop in Saint George. I dealt with Les Schwab up in Oregon and had an amazing experience with them there so I figured I’d give them a try. They did not disappoint. Replacing your tires or gettin a hole in your tire is never a fun experience, but they actually make it tolerable and actually quite pleasant. The waiting area is show room clean, popcorn and coffee (or hot chocolate) for refreshment. The personnel are incredibly nice and professional, and listen to this, they actually listen to you. They told me they couldn’t find an object in my tire and I pushed back a bit and insisted that I’m fairly confident there was a hole somewhere because I was losing 20lbs of pressure a day. Being on the road for a couple thousand miles I wanted my tires air checked. I use Les in my neighborhood at home and this store checked all the boxes for superior customer service. The lobby was very clean and I was recognized and helped immediately. Even though I was not buying anything, they cared for my needs with a welcoming demeanor and smile.

We hit something on the freeway and our tires immediately started losing air. We were able to make it to Les Schwab. They immediately got us in and were able to patch our tire. We for sure thought we would need new tires. There was popcorn and drinks for the kids. Amazing shop and so grateful for them! Will definitely come here again. Technicians were fantastic! Thank you!!
