GREAT SERVICES! I am driving an RV and got a flat tire. I pulled out to a fuel station and a guy told me to call LES SCHWAB it was 5 min to be closed on Friday night and JEREMY told me that they would take care of me. They were 10 miles away but they met me at the station with the same size tire and DEVON changed it in less than 30 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Devon was very kind and really reassuring!!! BRAVO TO THE TEAM!!![

On the way to California our tire got punctured. Good fortune landed me at this locally owned and operated Les Schwab. So thankful. They quickly got our car into the service area, explained the options and resolved the issue quickly and calmly. We have always been Les Schwab fans and customers in Portland but increasingly the stores are now all company run and the sales and service experience changed for the worse. It was great to experience local friendly service again. Thank you for the help!

Our 17 year-old daughter blew a tire about half an hour north of this location. AAA told her vehicle and Eric and Dawn were absolutely amazing in assisting our daughter and treating her like their very own when she arrived. They offered to provide her food or water or anything else that she needed since she was almost 12 hours away from home on a solo road trip. They went above and beyond and I wish I could give them a hug because they definitely calm down some stressed out parents. Highly recommend this place! Above and beyond! High praise.

Absolutely outstanding work! I was blown away by the amazing customer service! They were friendly and professional while I was at stressed out mess. They fixed a blown out shock mount that was awe-inspiring to say the least. They did it very quickly and the price was very fair! The mechanic who worked on my rig was 100 percent on point and nailed it. The staff said they had never seen anything like my shock sticking out of the hood of my car before. This guy tackled it like it was a standard repair. I so very thankful of the staff! I hope they get some great recognition. They really deserve to be recognized for this one! Thank you guys! You really saved the day!
