Great experience with a pre-purchase inspection. Price was beyond reasonable for the inspection i received with a detailed explanation. I would highly recommend anyone go there before purchasing a vehicle.
We are newer to Sutherlin area and chose this shop based solely on their positive reviews when our Jeep Wrangler had an overheating issue. They delivered the same experience to us as it seems many others have benefited from. They were quick, professional and HONEST. Their diagnosis made total sense and price was appropriate. We will be back.
I'm visiting this area from Illinois. Before I left Illinois for my trip I was told of multiple items that needed to be done on my truck by my current mechanic place. I opted to wait and get another opinion out in Oregon. Thank God I did, Sutherlin Autocare saved me thousands of my favorite greenbacks.....if you want an honest mechanic business then I highly recommend here. The owners and employees are friendly and are always willing to help with your auto needs. I just wish they were not 2200 miles from me! I will be talking to my mechanic back home when I get there and they will not be happy when I'm done with them.
Traveling back home to Wyoming turbo went out in my pick up truck. Called had a next day appointment, Less than an hour they had it diagnosed and fixed. And I was back on the road great shop and thank you very much
We took a car in for a quick inspection of what's wrong. We didnt get great news but we did get honest answers and helpful advice for next steps. Would highly recommend this place
