I had an excellent experience at Cadillac Les Stanford, and I can honestly say that Sonya who took care of me, and Nik made the lease-process smooth and stress free. Sonya, the saleswoman was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with putting me in my dream car. Rather than just making a sale, she took her time answering throughly with every question I had. Nik, the sales manager was professional and worked very hard to exceed my expectations. Both of them made my experience very smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend them for anybody looking to lease a cadillac vehicle!

The worst car buying experience ever.. Purchased a brand new $113,000 2026 CT5V BlackWing it was shipped to me damaged! Rear bumper / center console tore / missing equipment in the trunk. Best thing they forget to send a temp plate when they shipped the car also. But wait it gets better they send me a used center console replacement hahahaha and some touch up paint. This was a giant disappointment buying from Les Stanford but dealing with Kimberly and Nic has been straight trash to deal with. Kimberly dropped the ball on having my temp plate sent to me . Nic dropped the ball on being a said manager smh 🤦 Worst Cadillac dealership ever !!!!! Salemen fired so no one gives a crap Next step calling Cadillac corporate
