Let 'Er Buck Car Wash

It is a nice small carwash. But it cleans your car really well, and there are only 3 options for washing your car. The only inconvenient is the paying machine at the entrance, it is too far from the edge of the sidewalk, I parked extremely close to the edge and I was struggling to reach the screen of the pay machine.

The car wash is honestly terrible. Vacuums are great, but it's the only thing here that is good. The back of your car will absolutely NEVER get cleaned. This is a car wash, that should be the best part of it, not the vacuums offered with the $26 wash. I realize this is Jackson but as a Local, if you're charging Jackson pricing, the service offered should still be good. Don't wash here, you will be disappointed.

Never Go Here! Their employee just chased me out trying to fight. My van doesn’t have enough clearance to get into their carwash. No big deal. I wanted to use their PAID floor mat cleaners. Their employee came running out yelling that I can’t use their vacuums without a wash. I told him I wasn’t using the vacuums And that I was using their paid service. He told me I still couldn’t do it without going through the wash first. I explained that my van doesn’t have clearance and that I would happily pay for the wash, even though I couldn’t go through, just to use the floor mat cleaners, which are also paid. Unfortunately, his response was to get angry. I asked for a manager He screamed that he was the owner….which obviously he was not…. No owner would say no to free money Just to use another p

Not good. Never been here before and was reprimanded for trying to vacuum before the wash. OK. $23 for a basic wash? OK. Dirt still cake on back of car after wash. Not OK.

Beware: your car/truck might get damaged here and it will be all your fault! This car wash completely ripped my running board off of the driver side of my new truck. They were not even aware that this had happened and I had to request that they please look in the car wash and give me my running board. They offered no assistance or apologies and simply said that it was my problem and just handed me my wet, dirty, running board back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Jackson. In addition to my truck now needing a very expensive repair, they have recently raised their prices, no longer provide a $5 discount code if you come back within the next five days for another car wash AND my truck was still dirty after getting their best $26 wash.
