Level 1 accepted payment for work that they never performed. We paid over $4,600.00 to this shop to repair a car. As it turns out the car was totaled instead and we removed it from their shop. Despite never performing any repairs they refuse to return our money. They ignore our calls, ignore our emails, never call back and we have lost thousands.

The team over at Level 1 are 2nd to none . The put quality over quantity , they treat each client like they’re family. A rare example of what service should look and feel like . I’m a repeat customer and I refer all my friends and family to Level 1 . They are one of the best body shops in the valley. If you decide to go ask for AJ , this guy knows how to take care of customers.
