Level Up Customs

I want to start by saying I absolutely love the way my car came out. I had a poorly done wrap that I wanted removed and painted instead, and Level Up did an amazing job. My only concern was the lack of communication throughout the process. I was originally told it would take about 5 days, but after those 5 days passed, there seemed to be very little progress. I completely understand that things can take longer than expected, but I would have appreciated more updates. I had to continuously call for information, as I was only contacted twice on their end. There was no estimated completion time given, and I had to keep checking in myself. In total, they had my car for 11 days. Huge thanks to Steven at Level Up Customs and his crew for really hooking it up. I took my 2023 Chevy ZR2 in for a 4” lift , I ended up getting a set of 20” wheels paired with a set of 35s Nitto Ridge Grapplers. My truck looks amazing! Thanks again!!

The guys over here did an amazing job on my old four wheeler seat that had gotten all beat up, i got in contact with steven and he told me to bring it and theyd get it fixed up and man did they impress, my son sure loves it, thanks yall
