Levin Tire & Service Center - Highland

Simply needed brakes on a Toyota Highlander. Made the mistake taking it here when our mechanic was busy. FROM PICKING IT UP IMMEDIETLY LEAVING THE PARKING LOT, the car is making a loud "rubbing sound" that they were IMMEDIATELY notified of. The car has been back there 4 times and each time they claim to fix it (until the last) now they admit they can hear it and have no clue what's causing..WHAT A DISGRACE OF A "REPAIR" shop. Their unethical business practices are well known by previous mechanics, customers and overall opinion. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Once again, Levin Tire impressed me. They gave me a very fair quote and only recommended the repairs that were actually necessary. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’ve been a customer for a while now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but Levin Tire has consistently taken great care of me and my vehicle. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for straightforward, reliable service . They don’t oversell or overcharge and they are always up front with costs.

Stopped by to check on price of tires and if need for a scheduled appointment. Spoke with Quinn, Asst. Mgr, who was welcoming, easy to work with and informative. To my surprise the shop was open until 3 pm on Saturday. After receiving three quotes and learning that they could install the tires I went ahead and purchased the tires. I was impressed with the wait time which was less than the hour an a half which had been quoted. Left with a peace of mind knowing that my GC Jeep had new reliable tires. Thank you for the excellent service.

I originally went here a couple years ago because I needed tires quick, and they were the first place I found with an opening. Later they did my brakes. Over the weekend my alternator went out, and I left my car on the street as I couldn't find anyone who could look at it on a Sunday afternoon. Monday I called several places who all said they could do it, but they were booked for a day or more. I decided to try calling Levin, and found once again they could get it done same day as long as I had the car there by noon. They do try to upsell you additional services, but other than that I have no complaints. Prices have all been reasonable, usually fairly average when I compare to typical rates online.

Great job! 2 tires, alignment, oil change. Thanks! Feels like a new car. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want, which was also nice. Coffee, TV in waiting area. Overall, I'd say it was as nice as an experience as having a car repair could be.
