I've only been there once but I was pleased with the service that I received and will certainly call them again next time I need repair. They were friendly and polite and very quick.
Called at 11:00 am for a tow. Still was waiting at 3:30 pm. They kept giving me the run around they were on their way. I finally had to call a different tow truck. Bad business. They are trying to blame AAA but they called me several times saying they would be there in 20 minutes. They are liars. Be careful using these guys.
We were on our way from Tennessee to Nebraska with our two daughters (15m & 6wks) and pulling a trailer when our vehicle started making a weird noise. By the time we got to Lewis Family Garage, we were almost fully broken down. At any moment they said the engine would have locked up. They took a look at it and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They had the part there within 10 minutes of ordering, and they had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. They’re amazing!
Had me in and out in 30 min for a safety inspection. Awesome waiting room with toys and games for kids.
A tire on a trailer we were towing blew out on I-70 by Warrenton. I called Lewis Family Garage and they sent a tow truck out to help very quickly. They were very quick and very nice. I would highly recommend their roadside assistance.
