Horrible experience. I went in to get two things looked at last summer and left with more broken than I came in with. They kept telling me that my car was like that before I brought it to them but I know it wasn’t. They wouldn’t believe me and kept telling me my problems were existing. It wasn’t until I brought them a diagnostic from a different shop from DAYS before I brought it to them showing my “existing problems” weren’t there prior to them. They never apologized or took the blame. The lack of accountability is ridiculous. They don’t call you when your car is done, and the lady (wife I’m assuming) was drunk. She messed up the pricing on my items and also was slurring her words and we could smell alcohol on her breath. So unprofessional. The work is cheap price wise and so it is qualit

This used to be a great shop. Now it’s nothing but a joke. They’ve had my vehicle for over a year. Took it in for a transmission, and somehow ended up needing a motor. Motor was fine when dropped it off. Gave me no warranty worth a damn for tranny. Got close to 5,000 of our money. No hope in site of getting our truck back. Constantly tell us one thing, but don’t keep their word for nothing. Since his wife took over that place went straight to crap. Would suggest to stay far away. Any place out there got to be better.

I went in for an inspection and they failed me — no problem, that happens. But when I decided not to have them do the repair, they had me walking down Highway 47, searching through two different parking lots just to find my own car. It took me nearly 20 minutes in the heat. As a middle-aged woman with cardiomyopathy, heart failure, chronic pain, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, this wasn’t just frustrating — it was unsafe and unprofessional. Situations like that can have serious health consequences, and no customer should be left wandering a highway looking for their vehicle. I went elsewhere to get the issue fixed and came back. The woman at the desk (with the beautiful blue eyes) was kind and understanding. They got me in quickly, but the mechanic only checked for the O2 sensor, passed it,

My GMC van had a cylinder 3 missfire under load that three other garages could not resolve and their attempts set me back a chunk of change. Mark dug into it, diagnosed it correctly and fixed the problem. Awesome job Mark!

Great people and even better service. I don’t typically leave reviews but felt obliged to after my experience here at Mark’s automotive they fixed the 4X4 in my truck after multiple other shops couldn’t.
