I have had two vehicles repaired here through Progressive. The repairs were fine, however, both times I had problems. On my Sentra they had to replace the right tail light and replaced it with the base model chrome one rather than the special edition black one. This caused me to have to take the car back in a few days later for them to correct the problem. This time on my Mustang when removing the hood for hail damage they broke a windshield sprayer thing, causing me to have to wait several more days before picking up my car. On the upside, they accept the Ford Service Card for your deductible.

We were on our way from Kansas City to Colorado in 104 degree heat when a piece started detaching from our car. The two men were super helpful and offered to reattach the piece for us to make it home until we could get it fixed. They took time in the middle of their day to help us out and got us back on the road in 20 minutes and with lots of care and attention to detail. Awesome service 😊

Chris was A hero today! And was able to help me fix my door when the wind blew it off its hinges! Everyone at this location was very kind and helpful!
