The admin here she was off the chain a great person she went the extra mile to help me find this old antique plunger Locke for a wood window. I am speechless, when I have time I’m going to bring donuts for your entire team!!!

LSG was the most tagged recommendation on my post on who's the "best" window replacement company here in wichita. So, I called and did an inquiry. Everything was smooth over the phone and scheduled an assessment, and the guy who went to check is super professional and nice. Communication: They said i would get a call in a day or 2 to give me a quote. NO CALLS for days. I have to follow up and call them after a week only to find out that they emailed the quote. The quote is close to premium IMO but I understand if you want the best service you gotta pay. So i went and scheduled it. Oh, btw you have to pay half of the quote to book just for everyone to know. We had out front door glass broken out a couple of weeks ago and from the time Chad came out to measure to the time they had it fixed was 1 1/2 hours. They were very quick and really nice.
