Had trouble (long back log of waiting customer) when I arrived the first time at 11 am. I took lunch and did some errands and came back at 2 PM and pulled right into a service stall. Techs performed a quick safety check and fluids inspection in rapid succession while the old oil was sucked out (not drained) into a volumetric container so you could view the amount and quality (how dirty) the oil was. I found out the oil was low and will now monitor the oil level more closely.

Service wasn’t the same I pulled up and workers were talking and laughing and did not acknowledge me. A bay opened up and no one told me anything it was awhile before they Signal a car behind me into the open space. I was still waiting for somebody to approach me. The service was good and those employees were great. It didn’t start off good but their work was good

Wow! Did my oil change in about 10 minutes! Checked all my lights and blinkers and fluids and tire tread. Super friendly and thorough! Had been previously servicing at Toyota dealership with a wait time of 2-4 hours!? Never again!

Safety inspection was quick and efficient - Rep had me finished before the car in front of me had even pulled out of the bay. SO much better than old days at Pahoa Lex when it would take half a day, even if you had an appointment....

Not the best experience… I had some leaves in the bed of my truck, I was informed that they aren’t allowed to climb into trucks so I would have to sweep it myself. 👍🏽 . But then I was told to get out of the car wash line to sweep the bed of my truck out, so that I don’t hold the line up. No problem! I did it without getting into the bed of my truck… and I’m 5 foot 3… so ya know. When I’m done, there’s no one in line, but there are three cars waiting to pay at the kiosk. One of the workers tells me I’m not allowed to reverse into the line, I would have to go around and get into the back of the line. Ohhhkayyy…. So I do that. Then while I’m waiting three cars deep I’m watching them climb into this other guys lifted truck and sweep it out. Fine. I guess. So then I get to be the next in lin
