Lex Brodie's Tire, Brake & Service Company

I made an appointment to have my safety check at 9:30 am and was advised that it might take an hour and a half but usually can be done in an hour. Brought my car in about 10 minutes early and went to the waiting area. I heard my name called and it was exactly an hour later. That was terrific compared to another place I used last year. Thanks Lex Brodies for a job well done.

I want to say Thank you to Sam for all your knowledge and help today!!! I felt comfortable and it gave me peace of mind knowing that my car would be okay in his care. It was a lot that needed to be done in one day and the price was good. I would definitely recommend coming here to Lex Brodies for your car service. Sam was able to answer all my questions… I came in to buy 4 new tires, cooling system flush as well as my brake fluid reservoir. It took time which I understood and didn’t mind.Thank you again Sam for everything!! I will be coming back again to the Waipahu Location.

I first started going to Lex Brodie about ten years ago after I read that they had chased someone down after a gal got robbed. They are great! Friendly, fair pricing, call are answered, timely service. I really like them.

I had a 8am appointment, my car was pulled in @ 10am ,lifted up @ 1015 tires off @ 1030, back on @ 1040 & parked it @ 1045, told me they had to drive it? I told her Wednesday when I came & Friday when I came in that cody my son used to work here & he did the brakes but thought he'd forgot the anti squeak lube, & we saw none, I asked them to just put on since the tires were off, was told had to go drive it? Bullshit. I've been coming for years & referring for years,Never Again. I'm disabled & step mom passed a couple weeks ago @ dad isn't far behind, so I don't need incompetent people working on my vehicles, have a safe & happy day.

LEX Brodie - waipahu -is a place you can trust. this week i went to firestone and they told me i needed to replace 2 things related to suspension that would have been $1700 they said i took my car to lex brodies for an inspection and they said i didn’t have anything to worry about- that it was fine when i was there i heard another customer thank them for the same type of issue where another shop tried to charge them $800 for something they didn’t need I want to thank Mechanic Christopher and front staff representative Momi for their kindness , honestly and amazing service finding an honest mechanic is so special and i know where ill be going to do my car repairs from now on
