Lex Brodie's Tires Hilo Kilauea

Drove from Kona for my wife's birthday to Hilo cruz and discovered I needed brake job for the rears. Called Lex Brodie's Kilauea, long story short, they took my 2018 Civic in at 2:30pm and finished the job at 4:30pm. Incredible service and accommodation for visitors from Kona. Mahalo!

Loved the experience. Quick service, knowledgable and communicative regarding additional services that my vehicle needed. A great trustworthy experience. Will return again! I got a new set of tires on my Tacoma at Lex Brodie’s Kilauea today. They not only did a great job of installing quality tires well, they did a comprehensive inspection and gave me good information about my vehicles needs, they’re partnering with me to take good care of my vehicle and get longevity from it. When I left, I noticed my brake pedal was “taller”, which means they added brake fluid but didn’t charge me for it. Additionally, I asked a number of questions about suspension modifications from the ladies at the counter. They had the knowledge to answer them comprehensively, they engaged me in the conversation and I left with better information than when I arrived.

Had the low pressure tire light come on and stopped by to see if they could help. I honestly didnt expect much. I was greeted and treated with outstanding care and service. So helpful and accomodating! Thanks for making my day safer!

Got my front tires done in the morning. Drove about a mile up the road before the check pressure light came on. Pull over and find out that my back tires had a tire pressure of 32 and 33 and my fronts at 38. 41 is the recommended pressure. Not sure why the rear tires were taken off or why all four were deflated coming out of shop (they were all 41 three days ago when I filled them up) but feel like it's not the way to build trust. Nice waiting area, didn't wait too long, but still crossing my fingers that checking tire psi was a single lapse in memory.
