I have taken my car to Lextech for several years. Always happy with their honesty and work performed. They do not suggest repairs that are not needed and always check my car for issues that may need to be addressed. Friendly and Honest.

Lextech is always the best. Just went for my 50k service and they took care of it quickly and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. They even let me know about upcoming services I may need in the future! This is the best place to bring your Toyota/Lexus vehicles.

Usually the service is great, but today was not. Took my gf's NX300 for an oil change, brake pads, and a TPMS issue. Waited in the lobby, job took abt 2.5 hours. Saw the car come out and parked in front. I'm still sitting in the lounge 10 mins later, nobody has said anything to me. Finally I get up to inquire about the status, the lady there looks up and says the car is ready but that the sensors need replacing. I ask, do you have them in stock, she says yes. Ok.....why didn't someone come up and ask if I wanted that work done, before pulling the car out and ending the job? She did offer to take it back in, but I didn't have time and I'll do it another day. Just was surprised at the lack of verbal communication. To start off, The general manager was extremely accommodating and the speed at which the services were provided was exceptional. They treated my vehicle with respect and I saw them do the same for a handful of other customers who walked in while I was in their waiting room. Another point I'd like to make is that the general manager was on a first name basis with quite a few customers. That shows me that they have repeat customers who continue to do business with them!
