We had just driven down from New York to Naples, and “Louise” (that’s our Jeep!) was in desperate need of some TLC—covered in road grime, dog hair, and tough water spots from sprinklers. We called and spoke with Lori, who was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Incredible shop that does impressive work for their large, and small customers. Very friendly and accommodating staff and ownership. I could not be more pleased with the work they did for me. Have an older car with headlights that have become occluded over time? For $250 they can again look new.

This is the third vehicle I entrusted Primo with. They did a ceramic coat and window tinting. Their work is impeccable and their customer service is excellent. I have a a very high standard when it comes to my car care and Primo exceeds those very high standards! In the rare event they don’t then they stand behind everything they do !!
