Great service specials, an excellent place overall, and incredibly fast service. The waiting room is very nice, with great amenities, and they explain everything about the health of your car. They leave your vehicle looking like new. Highly recommended! Armando was amazing.

Service was great. Loaner was welcomed. Two things - upon arriving to drop off the vehicle, waited a good 10-15 minutes for someone to come check me in. Same on return. I did not get a call the vehicle was ready, but saw that it was parked and locked on the app, and headed in on my own (and it was ready.) Other than that all good.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Lexus Service Center, thanks to Brian. He is truly exceptional at what he does — professional, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The quality of his work is flawless, and you can immediately feel that he genuinely cares about the customer. Brian went above and beyond my expectations — he even arranged valet service for me, which made the entire experience smooth, effortless, and truly luxurious. What a great experience! I live in the City and have a bunch of options for service in the area for my Lexus. Lexus of Arlington was running an oil change special so I thought I’d try them. WOW what a great dealership and facility. The waiting room was like an airline club lounge. So big, fresh cookies hot out of the oven. I arrived and was greeted promptly by Jose Garcia, super friendly and polite. He took me through the registration of the service process and and I voiced a few concerns about my vehicle and led me to the luxurious waiting area that had multiple seating areas, desks, chairs and TV’s. Including a very well equipped refreshment bar, with coffee , soft drinks, water, cookies and latte/espresso and cappuccino self serve machine. When the service was complete, Jose came over a
