Lexus of New Orleans Service

My car was recently serviced and all points were good except for the battery. The battery was shown as bad. I opted to not get a new battery because the battery was purchased last year and was still under warranty. I took the battery back to were it was purchased. The technician checked the battery and it registered as good. If I had purchased a $300+ battery from Lexus, I would have never known that the old battery was still good. This appears to be some level of dishonesty. Photo of vehicle inspection and battery reading showing the battery is good.

David has been my service advisor for the past few years, and he’s consistently been great. He always manages to get me in and out without any issues and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. David Nguyen was great. Very professional and well mannered. David treats his customers with the utmost professionalism and respect. I was looking at a BMW X5 as my next car but just because of there are persons like David who do an excellent job and make honest recommendations, I think my next buy will be Lexus again. Excellent customer service! Lexus service department went above and beyond to program a new key FOB. The service department stayed well past closing to ensure I received my key so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Highly recommend!
