Lexus of Richmond Parts Center

Very easy to work with. On my last service appointment had a slight hiccup, but they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Thats all you can ask for.

Frank and Mike in the parts dept were awesome - helped me tremendously after a deer hit my car. Definitely will only ask for them.

This is a great parts department, I was able to briefly look over the parts diagram from the engine area of my car to locate the replacement pcv hose I needed. The employee was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They ordered the parts, and they arrived the next day, I received a call that they were there, and I went and paid and picked up. I feel like some dealerships have forgotten how to make things smooth for customers, the parts department here has not. If you own a lexus and need something oem, this is the place.

Expensive but hey it’s Lexus but the service department is great always get me in and out. I used to get a loaner but it takes longer to get the loaner than it does to just wait the 90 minutes for what you’re getting done. Unless your vehicle will take longer than that yes get the loaner lol

Service is incredible. Entire dealership makes their customers feel as though they were guests in their home.
