Lexus Service & Parts Center (Queens)

Service is great, I had the pleasure of working with Everest, he was kind, patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He even caught an overcharge and helped me get a refund for it. Only reason for removing 1 star is the run flat tires. I started leasing this car in July 2024, by December 2024 I had 2 flat tires, that cost me $400+ labor and tax each. I had to purchase new ones, now I get a nail in my tire I figure I can just get it plugged but apparently you cannot patch a run flat so I had to buy a 3rd tire! $1200 in tires within 2 years! I warn ask your sales rep about run flats and if your new car will have them ask for a different car. This has been a nightmare! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Lexus of Queens today for my car inspection, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Lisa Johnson was my client representative, and she is absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, professional, and on point with all the information I needed. It was so easy to communicate with her, which made the entire process much smoother. One of the best parts of my visit was receiving a loaner car from Lisa, so I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for my car to be serviced. The place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Lexus of Queens for their excellent service and outstanding staff. Lisa Johnson was polite and to the point. I used a online promotion and saved alot on an oil change without any hassle or pressure to purchase anything else. I was looking forward to a video inspection on my vehicle to be sent to me but that never happened. MY LEXUS dealer of rallye always sends me videos of all my vehicles but they are just too far for me.

I always take my vehicle to this authorised dealer for all my service needs. I have been using their services for years even before they moved to this new location. The new location is bigger and better. It might be a bit farther from the subway station in comparison to their old location, but they offer a shuttle now, so it's not an issue when you're dropping your car. People are great and don't push unnecessary services.

My service consultant, Maria Cristina Morales, was unfailingly polite, helpful, and reliable in her information flow. It got a little difficult over the holidays and she always kept me updated. She is a true professional.
